Faulty Equipment? Don’t Fret, Freelance is on the Fix!

Freelance Surgical Limited have been established for over 29 years and pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and support. To facilitate this, they have invested heavily in the latest state of the art testing equipment and have a specialist biomedical engineer on hand to ensure a wide range of services are available.

Andy Ford, biomedical engineer at Freelance Surgical is trained to the very highest standard with a wealth of experience in the industry. Andy commented, “Our customers can have unprecedented confidence that their equipment is well maintained and through the highest quality service, will produce reliable and accurate results. We not only repair faulty equipment but can prescribe various maintenance programmes to help protect against vital equipment failing. In order to ensure your equipment lasts longer and works to its fullest capability, it’s paramount to have it checked regularly”.

Andy, pictured, has recently serviced all of the patient connected medical equipment in the small animal hospital at Langford veterinary Services. Here, he’s servicing a GE Aisys anaesthetic machine with a fluke MPS-450 multi-parameter simulator. Other equipment supported includes anaesthetic machines, patient monitors, surgical diathermy, infusion devices and patient warmers.

The Bristol based surgical equipment specialist has recently seen a surge in customers taking up their service contracts. With numerous benefits that supplement a peace of mind approach, it’s easy to see why. A large portion of their recent success is a result of a demand in flexible/rigid endoscope repairs and orthopaedic power tool servicing.
